Do you have your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes! We bring our own equipment so you don't have to worry about supplies on site.
How do I book a cleaning?
We offer two ways to schedule your short term rental cleaning 1. Sync your vacation rental calendar to our booking services 2. Book freely on your own time through our booking service

A 2 day notice is needed for all cleans.
Who will be cleaning?
We have a team of specialized cleaners trained in Short Term Rental cleaning turnover. At The Standard we have set the bar for vacation rental cleaning.
Who keeps the keys?
Key entry is electronic or kept on site in a lock box.
What days or hours can I have my place cleaned?
We offer cleaning services 7 days a week. Same day turnover is done between 10am and 5pm.
Do I have to be on site?
No need to be on site when our cleaners are there! Our cleaners assess the property for damage or extra cleaning that might need to get done and will be in contact if something arises.
How do I pay?
An invoice will be sent 24 hours after a clean is completed for payment.
What if I need to cancel?
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all cleans. If a cancellation occurs after the 24 hour period, the clean will still be billed in full.
